• Investment preferences: sectors, ticket-size range, and time horizon.

• Verifying eligibility and processing your membership application.
• Matching investment opportunities to your preferences.
• Administering investment transactions and structuring the relationship through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
• Operational communications and invitations to Numu events.

4 Confidentiality & Disclosure

• All information regarding investment opportunities, valuations, and due-diligence documents is strictly confidential.
• Circulating or redistributing opportunity documents outside the network is strictly prohibited.
• We may disclose your data to competent regulatory authorities only upon an official request.
• We engage approved service providers (SPV/SAFE management platforms, legal advisors) under strict data-protection agreements.

5 Investor Obligations

By accepting membership, you acknowledge that:

• Your investment decisions are entirely your own responsibility, and Numu does not recommend specific companies.
• You will maintain complete confidentiality of everything presented within the network.
• You will comply with the minimum participation amount per round.
• You will disclose any conflict of interest before participating in any opportunity.
• You will comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
